Our Mission

 

The Isabella Rose Romano Foundation is dedicated to advancing research, supporting families, and raising awareness to create better treatment options, and ultimately a cure, for children affected by pediatric brain cancer.

We will accomplish this by: 

• Funding innovative research toward finding a cure and improving treatment options for pediatric brain cancer, with a particular focus on thalamic gliomas and other high-grade gliomas of the brain, brainstem, and spinal cord.

• Supporting hospital and community programs that provide essential resources and services to children with cancer and their families.

• Raising awareness of pediatric cancer with a special emphasis on the challenges of inoperable high-grade brain tumors and the urgent need for advanced treatment options and cures.
